Do I have to switch property managers to work with Polu?
No. Polu is not a property manager and does not take over your home. Services like Management Performance Reviews and Secret Shoppers give you independent, expert eyes on the experience your current management company delivers, while you stay fully in control.
Can I use Polu’s services if I host my own rental?
