Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Polu Hospitality Group (“Polu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit poluhospitality.com (the “Site”). It applies only to this Site. Our services are offered in the United States; we do not direct this Site to, or offer services in, the European Union or European Economic Area.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us

The Site has no contact forms, accounts, logins, or checkout, so we do not collect personal information through the Site itself. The only way we collect your personal information is if you choose to contact us directly by phone or email. In that case, we receive whatever you share with us — such as your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, analytics tools automatically collect standard technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This may include your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, the links that referred you, and how you interact with pages (such as clicks and scrolling). We do not use this information to personally identify you.

Cookies & analytics

We use two third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it:

  • Google Analytics (provided by Google) — measures site traffic and usage trends.
  • Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft) — helps us see how pages are used through aggregated metrics and session recordings such as clicks, scrolls, and heatmaps.

These services set cookies and may process data under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not sell the information these tools collect.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries you send us by phone or email;
  • Understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance; and
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and its analytics (Google and Microsoft); and
  • Others when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Your choices

You can control or limit analytics collection:

  • Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
  • Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Because Microsoft Clarity relies on cookies, blocking or clearing cookies in your browser also limits it.

To review, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us by phone or email, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Do Not Track & California residents

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. You can still limit analytics using the options above.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request access to or deletion of it. Because we do not sell personal information and collect only limited analytics data, there is little of this kind of information to act on — but you may contact us with any request and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the limited information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including our booking site and brand sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Any significant changes will be posted here, so please check back periodically.
